The 1st request: 2 bps per day - Maximum days is 30 days

The 3nd request: 4 bps per day - Maximum days is 15 days

For Purchases:
For 1st extensions only, up to 7 days will be applied at no cost regardless of market price. Any additional days over the 1st 7
days, and any subsequent extensions, will follow our standard extension schedule outlined below.
• The request must be completed no later than 11:30 p.m. ET on the lock expiration date.
• Loans that have been previously relocked are not eligible.
• Jumbo loans (Investor Products) are not eligible.

Loans with expired locks may be relocked at worse-case pricing by comparing the last locked price (including any extension fees already incurred) to the current market 15-day price.
A minimum .125% negative price adjustment will apply to each relock.
